What does WS Industries do?
WS Industries provides business support to small and medium South African businesses. That includes AI agents, website design and management, marketing, IT support and administration, plus prayer and development alongside the work.
What is an AI Business Assistant?
An AI Business Assistant is a personalised AI agent built around your business. It learns how you work and how you speak, and it handles enquiries, quotes, follow-ups and scheduling on your behalf. WS Industries sets it up, trains it and manages it for you.
How much does an AI Business Assistant cost in South Africa?
WS Industries services start from R3,000 per month for the AI Business Assistant, billed monthly, with no hidden costs. The other services, websites, marketing, IT and admin, and prayer and development, are scoped per engagement.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. The assistant is built, set up and managed for you, and it works on WhatsApp where your clients already are. There is nothing to install, and no new system for you or your customers to learn.
Which businesses do you work with?
Small and medium businesses in South Africa. If your admin, marketing or IT is taking time away from the work you are actually good at, that is the problem we solve.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Yes. The assistant works on WhatsApp, so enquiries and replies happen where your customers already message you. Nobody has to move onto a new app.
Do you build and manage websites?
Yes. We design, host, secure and maintain websites as an ongoing service rather than a once-off build. That includes content updates, backups, security, and the setup that lets a site be found on Google.
Can you support our computers, email and IT?
Yes. We look after the ordinary IT that keeps a business running: computers, laptops and phones, email and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, backups, security updates and passwords. When something breaks, you have people who already know your setup.
What does Business Prayer & Development mean?
It means we pray with you and train you, rather than simply praying for you. It covers you as the owner and the people who make up your business, and the aim is that you are equipped to handle the spiritual side of your business yourself.

WS Industries is based in KwaZulu-Natal and works with businesses across South Africa.
